RUNESCAPE GOD ARMOUR

RUNESCAPE GOD ARMOUR

God armour is considered to be one of the most expensive armour types in RuneScape. It can be obtained from a Level 3 Treasure Trail. As the name implies each set is affiliated with a particular god; Guthix, Saradomin, and Zamorak. The armour gives the same defensive bonuses as Rune armour, but is trimmed with a colour (green for Guthix, white for Saradomin, and red for Zamorak) and has each god's symbol ( for Guthix, for Saradomin, for Zamorak). Contrary to popular belief, this armour does not give a prayer bonus or “favour from the Gods”. However, wearing the armour of the corresponding God will make creatures in the God Wars Dungeon unaggressive towards a player, with the exception of Guthix who is not represented there.

Guthix armour sets (sk) are made by exchanging a Guthix full helm, Guthix platebody, Guthix plateskirt, and Guthix kiteshield with a Grand Exchange clerk. The set is purely to save space and for use in the Grand Exchange. Players can exchange the set with a Grand Exchange clerk to receive the items listed above.

Guthix armour sets (l) are made by exchanging a Guthix full helm, Guthix platebody, Guthix platelegs, and Guthix kiteshield with a Grand Exchange clerk. The set is purely to save space and for use in the Grand Exchange. Players can exchange it to a Grand Exchange clerk to receive the items listed above.

Saradomin armour sets (sk) are made by exchanging a Saradomin full helm, Saradomin platebody, Saradomin plateskirt, and Saradomin kiteshield with a Grand Exchange clerk. The set is purely to save space and for use in the Grand Exchange. Players can exchange the set with a Grand Exchange clerk to receive the items listed above.
Also in
f2p worlds, players can use this to sell all the armour at once instead of one at a time, since free players only have 2 spaces for trading in the Grand Exchange.

A Saradomin armour set (l) can be exchanged to receive a Saradomin full helm, Saradomin platebody, Saradomin platelegs and a Saradomin kiteshield with a Grand Exchange clerk. The set is purely to save space and for use in the Grand Exchange.
The Saradomin armour set is considered to be a symbol of wealth among Free-to-Play players. It is the most expensive free-to-play item which is not discontinued.

Zamorak armour sets (sk) are made by exchanging a Zamorak full helm, Zamorak platebody, Zamorak plateskirt, and Zamorak kiteshield with a Grand Exchange clerk. The set is purely to save space and for use in the Grand Exchange. Players can exchange the set with a Grand Exchange clerk to receive the items listed above. Some players favour the skirt armour sets than the leg armour sets simply for the reason that plateskirts generally cost quite a bit less than platelegs while still giving the same stats.

Zamorak armour sets (l) are made by exchanging a Zamorak full helm, Zamorak platebody, Zamorak platelegs, and Zamorak kiteshield with a Grand Exchange clerk. The set is purely to save space and for use in the Grand Exchange. The Zamorak set is the second most expensive set of rune armour obtained in the free worlds, but it has the same defence bonuses as regular rune armour. Players can exchange the set with a Grand Exchange clerk to receive the items listed above.
